Our loans range from $300-$5000. We generally only lend a maximum of $1000 for first time clients. If you build a good record with us, you are welcome to try and apply more if you ever need another loan.
Yes, it is OK! There are no penalties when you pay out your loan early. Infact, we encourage it to save on the overall costs of the loan. Call us first to find out your payout figure. You can either deposit the money into our account, or we take it out of your account. No credit or debit cards.
Yes, it is OK! Just contact us to let us know and we can take the payment out of your account, or you can transfer it to our bank account.
This will depend on how that payment was missed.
If you had requested us to hold your payment, then no extra fees will be charged.
If a payment has bounced/reversed due to insufficient funds in your bank account, then yes we will charge a dishonour fee on your loan account. However, we are generally very forgiving and will waive the dishonour fee if it was out of your control. Just contact us about it as soon as possible.
This will depend on what your situation is like. If circumstances allows us to, we can either re-finance your current loan or grant you a second loan.
For all first time clients, yes we do.
Continuing clients, we generally only check once every couple of years. However, we do credit checks more often depending on the clients history with credit. We reserve the right to conduct credit checks for each application lodged with us.
Yes, but it will depend on how bad your credit is. There are times where we just can't help you. Usually in these cases, a client has many credit defaults.
Keep in mind that if you show you're willing to fix up your debts, either by slowly repaying your defaults, or have already paid them off, then that is a good sign for us.
There are 2 main scenarios where applying would affect your credit rating. An enquiry made by us for your application. And/or a default was lodged from us if you did not repay the loan in a timely manner.
In general, we try to get a good grasp of a client's current situation before we actually conduct a credit check on their name.
We try our best to help you as quick as possible. But we are only human beings. There are times where we may be flooded with applications and enquiries.
In some cases, we may require further documentation/references that need to be verified for your applicaion. Having these ready would speed up the process.
